Chilton County - Clanton, Alabama

The largest peach in Chilton County stands at Exit#212 on I-65 near Clanton, Alabama. Thi 120 foot, 500,000 gallon peachoid water tower was erected as a tribute to Chilton County's bountiful peach industry.

The Chilton County Chamber of Commerce was nice enough to send these cards - I always thought Georgia was the peach capital of the world. But boy do these peaches look good.
